In general, this division of Cental Services has responsibility for the maintenance and cleaning of all City buildings except the Police Station and Power Plant. It is responsible for the following tasks:
- Supervises and performs maintenance, repairs, and construction on all City building including structural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work.
- Provides custodial services to five (5) city buildings.
- Maintains and repairs fences and playground equipment.
- Provides general maintenance services to the Water/Wastewater and Electric utilities.
- Supervises City rental properties.
