The Finance Department continues to serve our customers in Dover with open communication, timely reporting of financial results, and prudent cash management. Through the team efforts of City Council, the Mayor, City Manager, and employees, the Finance Department will insure compliance of policies and procedures. The Finance Department will continue to strive to enhance government accountability with a high standard of ethics and integrity. We will take a proactive approach to changes in economic conditions and accounting methods.
