The Dover Parking Authority is a corporation established under the Delaware Code by the City of Dover as a special entity to manage the off street parking, particularly in the downtown area. The Dover Parking Authority is dedicated to finding solutions to parking problems. We are here to serve downtown businesses, residents, customers and visitors. Permits can be obtained at the City of Dover Administration Building, 5 East Reed Street. WE ENCOURAGE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT OUR MEETINGS.
