CIVILIAN PENSION BOARD

The Civilian Pension Board met on September 25, 2003 at 11:15 a.m. with Mr. Salters presiding. Members present were Mrs. Braun, Mrs. Rigby, Mrs. Mitchell, and Mr. Truitt. Mr. DePrima and Mr. Lucas were absent. Others present were Mrs. Hawkins and Mrs. Gardner.

AGENDA ADDITIONS/DELETIONS

Mr. Truitt moved for approval of the agenda, seconded by Mrs. Rigby and unanimously carried.

APPLICATION FOR PENSION BENEFITS - TOBY L. SITLER

An application for pension benefits was received from Toby L. Sitler with 25 years of service. He will be retiring under Section 2-182(b), Early Retirement with Unreduced Benefits. Official retirement began on September 18, 2003

Mrs. Mitchell moved for approval of the retirement application of Toby L. Sitler, seconded by Mrs. Rigby and unanimously carried.

Mr. Truitt moved for adjournment, seconded by Mrs. Rigby and unanimously carried.
