Biographical Information


Ken was elected to the First District of the City of Dover in May of 2004 and is currently serving his third term. During the Annual Meeting on May 12, 2008, Ken was elected Council President.

Ken has earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Louisiana State University.

He and his wife Sandy have lived in Dover since 1974. They have one daughter that currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
While serving his term on City Council, Ken's goal is to manage resources efficiently and provide the services people want. His vision is to keep the City of Dover economically and financially sound.


During his free time, Ken enjoys playing golf and poker and spending time with family at the beach.
