On January 12, 2009, the Dover City Council approved the creation of a new Dover Library Foundation. The Foundation, a 501 (C) 3 organization, serves as the fund raising arm of The Dover Public Library. This gives the Library greater eligibility for grants; and provides a destination for tax deductible donations for the Library. |
